On Thursday, 7 August 2025, the City of Cape Town’s Mobile Office will be providing municipal services at the Millers Camp Hall in Nyanga before it moves to the Joe Slovo Community Hall in Phoenix on Friday, 8 August 2025. Residents are encouraged to take advantage of the services that come along with each mobile office visit
The details are as follows:
• Thursday, 7 August 2025, from 09:30 to 13:30 at the Millers Camp Hall, Siphika Street, Lusaka, Nyanga
• Friday, 8 August 2025, from 09:30 to 13:30 at the Joe Slovo Community Hall, 4C Freedom Way, Phoenix
The City’s Customer Relations Department’s mobile team will assist residents with logging queries and service requests electronically. Customers can engage with the City in a wide-range of non-emergency enquiries such as rates, sewerage, electricity, water, refuse collections, and all other account enquiries.
‘We are bringing the City’s services to Nyanga and Phoenix residents to ensure that no time and money is spent on transport. This is a special opportunity to resolve any municipal items that residents have wanted to address. Should you wish to make use of the services on offer, do remember to bring along your ID or municipal accounts to help ease the process,’ said the City’s Mayoral Committee Member for Corporate Services, Alderman Theresa Uys.
